So I was having a grilled cheese sandwich (the best food on earth) the other day and someone reminded me it was soon to be halloween!
The time of year when we embarrass dog with some ridiculous costume and this year is the first time I'm being allowed to go out and scavenge treats from the neighbours. Mommy, Darwin, and I decided to prepare for the occasion by carving pumpkins. Granted, mommy did the majority of the work while Darwin gnawed on a toy car and I watched mommy work.
Daddy's design choice. Apparently has some reference to some 1980's show. Dad is clearly old.
Mommy's design choice. (Incomplete yet. Should have some half-devoured baby pumpkins on the side when done.)
My design selection. Classic, not too scary, and not too pop culture specific.
Mother is marinating the seeds so she can bake them tomorrow. I've never indulged in pumpkin seeds, however, they came out with a lot of goo and gore, so I'm not convinced I should eat them.
